Today we share the stories of the menstruating woman, women on their periods navigating lives and bodies that are varied and complex. Periods have brought shame to girls and women for too long and we believe that by sharing these stories we can help remove the shame and bring understanding, compassion, humour and kindness to girls and women, but most of all we hope that these stories remind you that you are not alone.
