How it Works
• The fertile and infertile times in the month are identified
• The user identifies various indicators for the fertile times
• The user has sex during the non-fertile times to prevent pregnancy
Advantages
• Up to 99% effective (with perfect use) i.e. less than 1 in 100 women using this method will get pregnant in a year. With typical use, it is only about 76% effective i.e. 24 in 100 women using this method get pregnant

Disadvantages
• It takes 3-6 menstrual cycles to learn effectively
